II. Shipping methods and delivery

The customer can use the available shipping methods for the shipping of her order. Standard shipping is the default method and is offered for free. The costs and risks during the transport of the goods up to an agreed address is included in the charged price for the purchase.

The preparation time mentioned in each product page refers to the time we need to create or prepare the product for the customer. An order that consist of more than one product is only shipped when all of them have been prepared and become ready for shipment. This means that the longest to prepare product of an order determines its shipping time. Detailed information about the preparation time of the order is provided in the cart and checkout pages.

When a free shipping method has been selected by the customer, if multiple orders are made in very short period of time, we retain the right to group them into a single shipping package as long as this does not induce significant delivery time overhead.

III. Custom duties and import taxes

In case of import and custom clearance costs, we provide all the documentation for the shipped products but these costs that depend to the country of destination remain an expense to be covered by the customer. An estimation of such fees may appear in the checkout page, adding these costs to the total amount to be paid for an order. Even when no specific estimation appears as part of the order cost details in the electronic store, the customer still ought to be informed about these additional and responsible to pay these charges on arrival of the products at the country of destination.

Product warranty and returns

I. Product warranties

When a product comes with a guarantee for repair, this is explicitly mentioned in the product’s page on our website. If there is such a guarantee, it should be explicitly written on the issued receipt or invoice (in paper and/or electronic format). The details of warranties covering our products should be provided in paper format and also can be found in this section of our “Legal terms and conditions”.

The purchase document can be kept as a proof of purchase with which a valid guarantee can be claimed by the customer. In case a promised guarantee is not stated in the purchase document, the customer can contact our sales department to receive a supplementary document mentioning the guarantee/warranty covering the purchased items.

II. Types of product warranties

Different products may come with different guarantees, or may not be covered at all by a guarantee. The type of the promised guarantee, if any,  should be specified in a purchase document. Otherwise, when a guarantee is mentioned without specifying its type, then our generic guarantee applies. The duration of a guarantee is not a feature of the guarantee type itself, which means that different products may be covered by the same type of guarantee whereas with different duration of coverage.

Generic guarantee. It is the basic type of guarantee. It promises repair or replacement of a product for a 2-year period after the purchase of a product.

III. Order cancellation

A Customer can cancel her order up to the morning of next business day at 9am (Paris time) for products that need to be produced on command (i.e. having a preparation time of one day or more), and up to the shipping time when the product leaves our facilities. A refund will be processed upon the verification of the cancellation .

We also retain the right to cancel an order in case of inability to prepare or execute it. In that case the customer will be informed and a refund will be processed the soonest possible. In this case, we are not liable for any derived losses for the customer.

The packaging also needs to be in good condition. The refund will be processed upon our reception of the products and the verification of their good condition.
