Product warranty and returns

I. Product warranties

Most of our products come with a 2-year guarantee for repair or replacement. If there is such a guarantee, that should be explicitly written on the issued receipt or invoice (in paper and/or electronic format). The details of warranties covering our products should be provided in paper format and also can be found in this section of our legal terms and conditions.

The purchase document can be kept as a proof of purchase with which a valid guarantee can be claimed by the client. In case a promised guarantee is not stated in the purchase document, the client can contact our sales department to receive a supplementary document mentioning the guarantee/warranty covering the purchased items.
